Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be extended.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Options & Delivery Time
We offer Standard and Express shipping worldwide.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
- Express Shipping: 2–7 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Shipping costs vary depending on destination country and selected shipping method. The exact shipping fee will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.
Potential Delays
While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to:
- High order volume
- Customs clearance procedures
- Carrier transportation disruptions
- Weather or other events beyond our control
ViaRest is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, or unforeseen circumstances.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier system.
VAT, Duties & Import Taxes
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or other import taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping fee unless otherwise stated.
Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.
If a package is returned due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Failed delivery attempts
- Refusal to accept delivery
Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
Delivered Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, ViaRest is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If you believe your package was delivered incorrectly, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
