30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

• Be unused and in the same condition that you received it
• Be in its original packaging
• Include proof of purchase

Items that show signs of use, damage, or wear may not be eligible for a refund.

To start a return, please contact us at support@viarest.co. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

If your return is approved:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
• We will provide instructions on how to send your item back

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will resolve the issue with a replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

• Final sale items
• Gift cards
• Personalized or custom-made products

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original product and place a new order once your return is approved.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason. The item must be unused and in original packaging.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at support@viarest.co
